Founder, Director, MRICS, MINQS (Prof), R.QS (NCAQS)

Gustav Dreyer is a young dynamic new generation Quantity surveyor.  He finished school in 1999 and his studies in 2005, he worked for a contractor full-time for 2 years and 3 years part-time during his studies. After finishing his studies he worked for another year and a half for one of Southern Africa`s biggest contractors. During his tenure at contractors, he has gained a vast range of experience in the contracting industry.

In 2007 he started his tenure with CES Group. In 2009 he relocated to Namibia to open an office in Windhoek (CES Namibia). During his tenure at CES Group and CES Namibia, he has gained experience including but not limited to, townhouse complexes, shopping centres, schools, office blocks, mining, and mining infrastructure, slimes dams, rural development, irrigation, and luxury residential houses and units.

Director, B.Sc QS (Hons), MINQS (Prof), R.QS (NCAQS)

Danie is a seasoned professional and director at CES Namibia, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. A proud graduate of Grey College in 2006, he furthered his education at the University of the Free State, earning a B.Sc. Honors degree in 2011. Joining CES Namibia in 2012 as a Quantity Surveyor in-training, Danie quickly ascended through the ranks and registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor in 2015. In 2016, he solidified his commitment to the company by taking on the role of a director, contributing his skills and leadership to the continued success of CES Namibia. Danie Labuschagne's journey is marked by a dedication to excellence and a passion for driving positive change in the field of Quantity Surveying.

 Director, B.Sc QS (Hons), MINQS (Prof), R.QS (NCAQS)

Jandré is a dynamic and dedicated professional Quantity Surveyor and Director at CES Namibia. He graduated from the University of the Free State in 2013 with a B.Sc. Honors degree in Quantity Surveying. Jandré began his career with CES Namibia in early 2014, quickly establishing himself as a vital team member. He is currently gaining extensive experience across all facets of Quantity Surveying through his involvement in various commercial, residential, and community-based projects nationwide. Jandré's career is characterized by his enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, and his contributions to the advancement of Quantity Surveying.

 Quantity Surveyor in Training, B.Sc QS (Hons), QSit (NCAQS)

Theopoline is a promising and dedicated Quantity Surveyor in Training at CES Namibia. She completed her schooling in 2014 and pursued her higher education at Coventry University in the UK, where she graduated with a B.Sc. Honors degree in Quantity Surveying in 2019. Joining CES Namibia in late 2023, Theopoline brings a fresh perspective and a strong academic background to the team. As a Quantity Surveyor in Training (QSit) under the NCAQS, she is gaining valuable experience and honing her skills across various projects. Theopoline's journey is marked by her commitment to excellence and her enthusiasm for contributing to the field of Quantity Surveying.
